Rationale
Educators today face increasing demands on their time, balancing classroom responsibilities, professional development, and personal commitments. Traditional, in-person and synchronous professional development opportunities can be costly, time-consuming, and inflexible, making it difficult for teachers to engage in meaningful learning experiences. The VTC was created to resolve those issues.

VTC Director
Bill is a dedicated educator, leader, and community member with over two decades of experience in teaching and school leadership. He holds a M.A. in Instructional Technologies and a B.A. in History. A National Board-Certified Teacher and IB Psychology Instructor.
Beyond the classroom, Bill is deeply involved in his family (father of five), Church and community, serving as an Assistant Scout Master, Town Ethics Board Member, and a coach for youth sports.
